Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Black Futsu squash is an ancient variety from Japan. Each plant of this variety produces between 4 and 10 fruits weighing around 1 kg, which keep for up to 8 months. Their fine, firm, sweet and fragrant flesh is rich in vitamin A. Excellent in soups, purées, soufflés, tarts and breads.
