Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Redventure celery is grown in very fertile soil with plenty of water. The blanched stalks can be harvested one by one for uninterrupted production of salad celery.
You can also wait until the plants are mature to obtain partially blanched stalks with a golden-pink heart.
