Traditional Medicinals organic chamomile infusion is a naturally caffeine-free herbal tea. Chamomile is a plant with multiple virtues traditionally used for its healing properties.traditionally used in herbal medicine to relieve indigestion.
Each 1.3 g tea bag contains 1,300 mg organic chamomile* flowers (Matricaria recutita).
*Fairtrade certified ingredients: Organic chamomile (100% of total weight).
Pour 240 ml boiling water over one or two tea bags, cover and leave to infuse for five to ten minutes. Gently squeeze the sachets to extract all their contents.
Adults and children aged 12 and over: Drink one cup (two sachets) three times a day after meals. Children aged 6 to 12: Drink one cup (one sachet) one to three times a day after meals.
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist for more than a week or if you have chronic indigestion.
Contraindications: Do not use if you have allergies to the Asteraceae or Compositae (daisy) family.
