Organic Cheddar Fort

Offered by L'Ancêtre, this strong cheddar, made from unpasteurized organic milk, is aged for a minimum of 10 months. Its smooth, velvety, melt-in-the-mouth texture may contain a few crystals, and its slightly yellow paste is a little brittle.
