Organic Clove Essential Oil

Adults : Local topical application: add 1-2 drops to 5 mL of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times a day. Do not use undiluted.

Direct inhalation: apply 1-6 drops of undiluted essential oil on a handkerchief and inhale occasionally up to 3 times a day. Not for oral use. For occasional use only.

For toothache: add 1 drop of oil to 1 drop of neutral vegetable oil. Place the diluted clove essential oil on a cotton bud and apply to the decayed part of the tooth. Repeat administration after 20 minutes and every 2 hours if necessary. For toothache, do not use for more than 7 days, or as directed by a health care practitioner. This preparation is intended for temporary use in cases of toothache, until a dentist can be consulted.

Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if necessary, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.

Keep out of reach of children. In case of accidental ingestion, seek emergency medical attention or call a Poison Control Centre. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.

If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use. If you are allergic to Peru balsam, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid exposing treated areas to sunlight.

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, do not use this product. If skin is damaged, irritated or sensitive, do not use this product.

If nausea, dizziness, headache or allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) may occur. If so, discontinue use.
