Soak for 4 to 8 hours:Place one to two tablespoons of seeds in a jar, then cover with a sprouting lid. Add water, shake, then drain. Fill the jar with water and leave to soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain, then invert the jar at an angle.
Rinse 2 times a day:Rinse seeds by filling jar with water and shaking gently. Drain well, then invert the jar. Radish shoots may have fine white hairs.
