Les Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Delicata squash is an ancient variety that yields fruits weighing from 0.5 to 1 kg. Its cream-colored skin is striped with dark green, and its orange-yellow flesh is firm, sweet and richly flavored. When cooked, its taste is reminiscent of chestnuts.
