Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Emile Noël Maître Moulinier's organic and fair-trade Extra Virgin Olive Oil is particularly prized for its aromas. of fresh olives, apple and almond.. More pungent than other oils, it is also vegetal and herbaceous notes, lifted by hints of fresh fruit.

This oil requires 5.5 kg of ripe olives to obtain 1 L of pure natural juice. It's ideal on its own for salads, vinaigrettes, baking, frying and deep-frying.
