Organic Garden Dill

Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic garden dill is cold-tolerant and grows to 60-90 cm tall. Its blue-green needle-like leaves are aromatic and closely resemble those of fennel.

Organic garden dill produces a single taproot that emerges from the soil to form a long, hollow stem. This stalk branches at the tip to support a large mass of small, yellow-green umbellate flowers in summer. Brown, flattened, oval seeds form quickly and in large quantities.
