Use

Green Mandarin essential oil is used in aromatherapy for its relaxing action in cases of insomnia, nervousness and irritability.

Inhalation (Adults): Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of warm water or diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes.
