Organic Hot Thai Pepper

Hotter than Cayenne peppers, Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Thai Hot Pepper can reach 100,000 units. on the Scoville scale. It's a favorite in Thai and Asian cuisine, in curries, salads, soups and more. 

The productivity of the compact 20-30 cm tall plants is impressive. The chillies start out green, then turn flamboyant red and remain on the plant for a very long time. Like all chillies, it likes intense, humid heat and full sun. In pots or in the ground, it should not be grown outdoors until the nights have warmed up around mid-June.
