Adults : For local use : add 1-5 drops to 5 mL of neutral vegetable oil and apply to the affected area up to 3 times a day.

For body massage: add 2-10 drops to 10 mL neutral vegetable oil and apply once a day.

Do not use undiluted essential oil for topical use. For prolonged use, consult a health-care practitioner. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; in case of contact, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil or water. Store at room temperature.

Keep out of reach of children. If accidentally swallowed, seek medical advice immediately or contact a poison control center.

If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you suffer from epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner before use. Avoid exposure of affected areas to sunlight.
