Organic konjac rice from Better Than Rice is root vegetable-based, gluten-free, soy-free, high in fiber and vegan.
Konjac is a root vegetable that has been eaten in Japan for centuries. It is rich in fiber, with a low calorie content. An excellent alternative to traditional rice.
Once opened, rice can be stored in a bowl of water for up to 48 hours. Do not freeze. The product may have a slight odor that will be completely eliminated when rinsed.
Filtered water, organic konjac flour, organic oat fiber, calcium hydrate (in the water where the noodles are submerged).
Rinse the rice in a colander with cold water.
Add sauce and seasoning.
Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan or boiling water.
