Also known as dinosaur cabbage, Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Lacinato kale has a rich, gourmet flavor.

In addition to their gustatory quality, the narrow leaves typical of Savoy cabbage are highly ornamental in the vegetable garden, and stand out for their vigor and hardiness. For the leaves to be most tender, they must be harvested young.
