Prepare 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of organic Matcha green tea in a bowl, then add 60 to 90 mL of hot but not boiling water (80 degrees Celsius). Using a bamboo whisk, whip vigorously in a W motion until a creamy froth forms. You can also create a paste with a spoon. Add water according to your preference (up to 240 mL).
