Cold drinks : One or two teaspoons of moringa powder in water, milk, yoghurt or smoothies.
Latte or moringa: Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of moringa to hot water, then add almond milk and coconut sugar to taste. A perfect substitute for coffee!
Cooking : Ideal as a thickener for sauces and soups. Can be sprinkled on rice, salads and vegetables.
