Multigrain flakes are made from oats, barley, wheat, rye and Khorasan grains. They are ideal for breakfast or to add texture to your muffins or cookies. Good source of fiber and iron.
Flakes keep for about 180 to 270 days. It's best to store flakes in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place.
