Les Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Rattlesnake beans have a good sage and nutty taste with fruity accents. These stringless beans are also very popular when picked while still young and eaten with the pod.
The shape of the pods varies from slightly to extremely curved, and their length can reach 20 cm. The beans inside the pods are ivory-white at first, before turning beige and brown.
Rattlesnake is an ancient variety traditionally grown by the Hopi Indians of North America. Vines of this highly productive selection grow vigorously, sometimes reaching 3 meters in length.

Les Jardins de l'Écoumène, 20 years of passion and expertise
Since 2001, Les Jardins de l'Écoumène has been offering quality organic vegetable seeds. One of the priorities of owners Guylaine and Jean-François is the survival of certain heritage lines that are important for maintaining biodiversity.
The seeds produced by Jardins de l'écoumène were certified organic from the very first year, and have remained so ever since. An ever-increasing number of seeds and seedlings of vegetable varieties, aromatic herbs and edible flowers are offered year after year, with the utmost respect for the environment.
