Emile Noël organic and fair-trade virgin sesame oil is particularly prized for its mild, pleasant hazelnut taste. This oil goes wonderfully well with Asian-inspired dishes. It is ideal on its own in salads, in vinaigrettes and as a cooking oil, especially in stir-fries.
This first cold-pressed oil is extracted from sesame seeds grown in Mali by over 10,000 local producers. The choice of organic farming methods guarantees respect for the environment and farmers, as well as optimal taste quality. It is packaged at Huilerie Emile Noël in the Gard region of France.
