Organic Snake Cucumber

Refreshing and tasty, the organic snake cucumber from Jardins de l'Écoumène is distinguished by its curved shape. This slow-growing variety takes up to 80 days to produce its first fruit, which first elongates and then expands. It is harvested when it reaches 45 cm in length and 3 to 4 cm in diameter.
