Ingredients
100% organic Somali frankincense (Boswelia carterii). Main chemical compounds: Monoterpenes (40 to 85%) (Pinenes, Limonene, Myrcene), Sesquiterpenes (3 to 12%) (beta-caryophyllene). Other chemical compounds: Monoterpenols (1 to 2%) (Borneol, Olibanol), Sesquiterpenols (1 to 2%).
Dosage

For external use only. Like as an airborne antiseptic in sick or convalescent rooms, for diffusion.

Acts as an expectorant when inhaled or dilute in a vegetable oil and massage the upper back or dilute in a neutral base in the bath.
Skin benefits (scars, stretch marks): dilute in a vegetable oil and apply to the affected area.

NOTE* On an emotional level, helps in times of seasonal depression or mood swings by olfaction and diffusion.

Frankincense (olibanum) essential oil should not be used during pregnancy, while breast-feeding or on children under 3, except as a vapour.
