Mumm's Organic Spicy Sprouting Lentils are a blend of lentils, red clover, alfalfa, radish and mustard.

Mumm's Sprouting Seeds is a Canadian company specializing in organic farming, and has been since its beginnings in 1976.

    Ingredients
    Mixture of organic lentils, red clover, alfalfa, radish and mustard.
    Instructions for use
  • Soak for 4 to 8 hours. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons or more of seeds in a jar, then cover with a sprouting lid. Add water, shake and drain. Fill the jar with water and leave to soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain, then invert the jar at an angle.
  • Rinse 2 times a day. Rinse seeds by filling jar with water and shaking gently. Drain well, then invert the jar.
  • Enjoy! Ready to eat in 5 days.
  • For best results, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
