Soak for 4 to 8 hours. Place 1 to 2 tablespoons or more of seeds in a jar, then cover with a sprouting lid. Add water, shake and drain. Fill the jar with water and leave to soak for 4 to 8 hours. Drain, then invert the jar at an angle.
Rinse 2 times a day. Rinse seeds by filling jar with water and shaking gently. Drain well, then invert the jar.
Enjoy! Ready to eat in 5 days.
For best results, refrigerate well-drained sprouts.
