Organic Tatsoi Chinese cabbage is a variety that deserves to be better known. Its tender, mild-tasting young shoots give an interesting texture to salads and soups (added at the end of cooking).

Mature plants form a rosette of glossy, dark-green leaves, highlighted by a white median rib and narrow petiole. Tasty sautéed with peppers and shallots.

Organic Tatsoi Chinese cabbage grows very quickly and, thanks to its heat tolerance, can be sown several times in succession for production spread over the whole summer.
