Organic Thai basil

Jardins de l'Écoumène's organic Thai basil is distinguished by its elongated, pointed leaves borne on red stems that end in spikes of crimson-pink flowers. These leaves have a spicy flavor reminiscent of tarragon or aniseed.

Highly prized in Thai cuisine, Thai basil enhances soups, stir-fries and spicy dishes.
