Better Than Noodles' organic Thai-style konjac noodles are root vegetable-based, gluten-free, soy-free, high in fiber and vegan.
Konjac is a root vegetable that has been eaten in Japan for centuries. It is rich in fiber, with a low calorie content. An excellent alternative to traditional noodles.
Once opened, noodles can be stored for up to 48 hours in a bowl of water. Do not freeze. The product may have a slight odor which will be completely eliminated when rinsed.
Filtered water, organic konjac flour, organic oat fiber, lime hydrate.
Rinse the noodles in a colander with cold water.
Add sauce and seasoning.
Optional: Heat for 5 minutes in a saucepan or boiling water.
Since this product has a high fiber content, we recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day.
