Made from organic wheat, which contains lower protein, this flour is not ideal for bread-making. The bran has been removed to give it the lightness needed to make it perfect for pastry-making. The use of this flour is recommended for cookies, crêpes, croissants, cakes, waffles and pie doughs.
Organic unbleached white flour keeps for approximately 365 to 547 days. It's best to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
