Nutiva Organic Virgin Coconut Oil

Oil created from Philippine coconut nuts, pressed on site as soon as the nuts are opened and not sun-dried. Extremely stable, it can withstand very high temperatures in the oven or frying pan (220°C). Coconut oil contains around 50% lauric acid (medium-chain fatty acid). Nutiva supports sustainable farming practices and donates 1% of its sales to farmer-producer groups that promote this kind of cultivation and respect the environment.
