Use this flour to prepare your cookies, pancakes, cakes, waffles, muffins, breads and pastries.. It is produced from organic autumn rye. For best results, however, combine it with wheat flour.
Organic wholemeal flour can be stored for between 270 and 365 days. Ideally, flour should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
