This flour is produced from organic winter wheat. Stone-ground, its low gluten content makes it ideal for pastry-making. Recommended for cookies, pancakes, cakes, waffles, muffins and pie doughs.
Organic wholemeal flour can be stored for approximately 270 to 365 days. It's best to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
