Organic wholemeal Khorasan flour

Khorasan flour is distinguished by its slightly orange color and its almost sweet but not bitter taste, reminiscent of butter and hazelnut. Khorasan wheat contains 20 to 40% more protein than conventional wheat. It also contains fiber, iron, zinc, vitamins B2, B3 and E, phosphorus and magnesium.

Organic wholemeal flour can be stored for between 270 and 365 days. It's best to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
