This flour is made from organic spelt, an ancient grain variety with a rich flavor. Since the gluten content of spelt flour is low, we recommend combining it with wheat flour. Recommended for baguettes, cookies, pancakes, cakes, waffles, muffins, breads, pastry and pastry shells.
Organic wholemeal flour can be stored for approximately 270 to 365 days. It's ideal to store flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry, dark place, or in the freezer.
