Organic Winter Black Radish

Jardins de l'Écoumène organic black radish is appreciated during the cold season for its rich supply of vitamins B and C, phosphorus, magnesium and fiber.

This large, black-skinned root has firm, white flesh with a deliciously tangy taste. It can be eaten raw, sliced into thin strips, or cooked, pan-fried, in soups or stews.

As with other root vegetables, this crop requires soil with as few stones as possible. It requires no fertilizer and produces beautiful roots in sun or light shade.
