What is Molkosan® Original?
Molkosan® Original is made from fresh whey from the Swiss Alps. Fats and proteins are removed by centrifugation and ultrafiltration.
The resulting lactose-free whey is then lacto-fermented with a specific and exclusive strain of lactobacillus.

What does fermented whey do?
Fermented whey balances the body's basic acid pH. A high pH can be caused by many factors, including excessive consumption of refined foods, lack of hydration or oxygen, or too many chemical compounds in the environment.
