Flora's Swedish elixir is a melange of dried plants for home preparation according to an old Swedish recipe. Contains herbs traditionally used in phytotherapy as digestive tonics to relieve symptoms such as dyspepsia and constipation.
Swedish elixir is composed of many of the traditional herbs that were of such importance to past generations, that in the Antique Manuscript we find 46 benefits and uses of this magic formula. The original recipe, an integral part of European folk medicine, dates back to the 16th century. Later, in 1850, when Swedish doctor Claus Samst refined, studied and confirmed its benefits, the formula was christened " Swedish Elixir ».
