GUSTA's fauxmages are made with coconut oil. They are flavored with spices and edible yeast to give them a cheesy taste. They are solid when cold, but will melt and allow you to gratinate your dishes to your heart's content. Slip them in wherever you like: pizzas, gratins, pastas, raclettes, etc. They can also be eaten cold, in sandwiches or as an aperitif, for example.
Gusta's Original vegan au gratin block is designed to end its life melted in a gratin or as a topping on a hot dish.
