Palma Kit

Fold the cotton flannel into at least three layers to fit the surface to be treated (cut the piece provided if necessary). Place the flannel in a water bath. Pour in sufficient Palma Christi L'Originelle castor oil to completely soak the flannel.

Heat gently until the poultice is lukewarm (maximum 38 degrees celsius). Cut a piece of plastic film larger than the flannel and place the warm poultice on top. Invert over the area to be treated, flannel in direct contact with skin, plastic on top.
