Each 25 mg capsule contains :

Microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin capsule (gelatin, purified water), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Each 100 mg capsule contains :

Cmicrocrystalline ellulose, vegetarian capsule (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], purified water), vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Recommended dosage (adults) : 2 capsules 3 times daily, preferably with meals, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.

For menopause :2 capsules 4 times daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner.

For cognitive health: Use for at least three months to see the benefits.

100 mg

Recommended dosage (adults): 1 capsule daily, preferably with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks.
