Shake in a shaker or blend 2 scoops (62 g) RealEasy powder with 250 to 500 ml water until smooth, for a delicious, nourishing drink. Drink immediately, as the mixture thickens quickly.
Use 1 to 2 times a day as a meal replacement. When taking RealEasy for the first time, start with 1 scoop (31 g) in 125 to 250 ml of water, then gradually increase the dose to 2 scoops (62 g) as indicated above.
Other suggestions: RealEasy powder can be used to make a delicious pudding. Follow the instructions above. After mixing, pour into a bowl and refrigerate for one hour. Add 1/2 banana or other fruit for variety, or use skim milk for a higher calorie content and creamier consistency.
