Shake in a shaker or blend 2 scoops (58 g) RealEasy powder with 250 to 500 ml water until smooth, for a delicious, nourishing drink. Drink immediately, as the mixture thickens quickly.
Use 1 to 2 times a day as a meal replacement. When taking RealEasy for the first time, start with 1 scoop (29.5 g) in 125 to 250 ml water, then gradually increase the dose to 2 scoops (58 g) as indicated above.
Other suggestions: RealEasy powder can be used to make a delicious pudding. Follow the instructions above. After mixing, pour into a bowl and refrigerate for one hour. Add 1/2 banana or other fruit for variety, or use the vegetable drink of your choice for a higher calorie content and creamier consistency.
Initially, taking PGX may cause minor digestive changes in a small percentage of people. Give the body time to adapt by gradually increasing the dose until it is complete. It is important to drink sufficient water (250 to 500 ml) after taking GPX.
