Each V-Capsule contains :

• Japanese Knotweed ... 290 mg providing 5% trans-resveratrol 72.5 mg
• Red wine extract ... 15 mg
• Japanese green tea extract powder ... 45 mg 

Microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose, purified water.

Recommended dosage (adults) :Take one capsule twice daily with meals, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Consulta health-care practitioner for prolonged use beyond 4 weeks.
