Fruits de mer du Québec's seafood linguine is a tasty, ready-to-cook meal. This dish features shrimp and scallops caught locally in the cold waters of the Gulf of St. Lawrence.
Linguine (durum wheat semolina, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate (B1), riboflavin (B2), folic acid), milk, cream (cream, carrageenan), scallops, shrimp, white onion, parmesan (pasteurized milk, salt, bacterial culture, microbial enzyme, calcium chloride, lipase), canola oil, wheat flour, denatured white wine (white wine, salt), garlic, mixed green and white onions, spices, salt.
Contains: wheat, milk, sulfites, shrimp, scallops.
Conventional oven : Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove plastic wrap and cover dish with aluminum foil. Place frozen on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through (after about 20 minutes). Serve warm. It's important not to broil in the oven, as the container may melt.
