General recommendations: Take 15 minutes before meals. Dissolve slowly under the tongue.

Adults (12 years and over): take 2 tablets, 3 times a day.
Children aged 6 to 11: take 1 tablet, 3 times a day.
Children aged 2 to 5: give ½ - 1 tablet under the tongue or dissolved in a little water, 3 times a day.

Note: in the acute phase, take every hour and gradually reduce the frequency as soon as the condition improves, or use as recommended by a healthcare professional.
