Medicinal ingredients

Each 2 g tea bag contains :

  • 1080 mg organic senna leaves (Senna alexandrina)
Non-medicinal ingredients
Organic licorice root, organic bitter fennel fruit, organic orange peel, organic cinnamon bark, organic coriander seeds, organic ginger rhizome, orange peel essential oil on organic gum arabic.
Instructions for use
Pour 240 ml boiling water over the sachet, cover and leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes. Gently squeeze the sachet to extract all its benefits.
Dosage
For adults and children over 12: unless otherwise indicated, prepare and drink one cup of organic Smooth Move® every evening before bedtime. This tea induces a bowel movement within six to twelve hours. Consult a doctor before giving this herbal tea to children under 12.
