Bob's Red Mill stone-ground brown rice flour is a healthy alternative to wheat flour, providing plenty of protein, iron, B vitamins and is gluten-free. It aids calcium absorption, and a serving of brown rice is said to provide 20% of a man's recommended daily intake of iron, and 9% for a woman.
