Each vegetarian capsule contains : 

• Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea), root extract, 3% rosavin, 1% salidrose 150 mg
  
• L-theanine 100 mg
• Ashwagandha KSM-66 (Withania somnifera), root, extract 12:1, 5% withanolides (QBE 1.2 g) 100 mg
• GABA (gamma-aminobutylic acid) 100 mg
• Passionflower, aerial parts, 10:1 extract (QBE 250 mg) 25 mg
• Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis), fruit, 10:1 extract (QBE 250 mg) 25 mg
• Skullcap lateriflora (Scutellaria laterifloria), aerial parts, extract 4:1 (QBE 100 mg) 25 mg

Hypromellose (vegetable capsule shell), rice husk powder (Oryza sativa).

Adults : As a sleep aid and for all other uses: take one capsule with water in the morning upon awakening and one capsule with water in the evening at suppertime. Avoid taking at bedtime.

Duration of use: Consult a health care practitioner for prolonged use beyond 12 consecutive weeks. Consult a health care practitioner if insomnia persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia).
