Health First's Iron Supreme contributes to the formation and proper functioning of red blood cells, and helps prevent iron deficiency. It is made from the patented iron bisglycinate Ferrochel®. It's a form of iron that's easy to absorb and won't cause constipation. It also contains vitamins B and C. It was previously known as Fer-First .
Free from artificial flavors and colors, gluten, wheat, lactose, preservatives, added sugar, yeast and OMG.
Each vegetarian capsule contains :
- 5 mg vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride)
- 2 mg vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
- 10 mg vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride)
- 20 mg niacin (inositolhexanicotinate)
- 36 mcg vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin)
- 15 mg pantothenic acid (calcium pantothenate)
- 100 mg vitamin C (calcium ascorbate)
- 250 mcg iodine (potassium iodide)
- 400 mcg folic acid (folate)
- 20 mg iron (Ferrochel ferrousbisglycinate)
- 2 mg copper (copperglycinate)
- 2 mg manganese (manganese glycinate)
- 5 mg zinc (zinc glycinate)
- 30 mg spinach (Spinaciaoleracea)
- 20 mg rosehip (Rosa canina)
25 mg beet; hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, fused silica and magnesium stearate.
Adults (19 years and over): Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, a few hours before taking other medications.
