

Maria Treben (b. 1907) was an Austrian herbalist of the 20th century.
She became famous for her bookLa santé à la pharmacie du Bon Dieu"(in German: Heilkräuter aus dem Garten Gottes), which has sold millions of copies in several languages.
Her fame is associated with the traditional medicine known as "Elixir du Suédois", which she helped to make known.
Maria TREBEN describes it as a panacea.
