Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum, glycerine), croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate (lubricant), silica.

To preserve freshness, store in a cool, dry place.

Adults :3 tablets 2 times daily, or as recommended by a health care practitioner.For arthritis-related joint pain: use for at least 5 months to see beneficial effects.
