Deionized water, vegetable glycerin, xylitol, brown rice syrup, malic acid, stevia, natural flavors (French vanilla, citrus, peppermint), potassium sorbate, grapefruit fiber, cinnamon bark oil (Cinnamomum zeylanicum).
Adults: In the morning, take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) a day. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow.
